東京大学で学ぶ 25 歳の学生であるとともに、下北沢の住人。下北沢における草の根運動　Save　the　Shimokitazawa の中心的存在のひとりであり、下北沢の若いオルタナティブな住人でもある。ローカル新聞 「Misatikoh　ミスアティコ」の編集長を務めている。 アーバン・タイフーン・ワークショップのメインオーガナイザーのひとり。

Kazuho is a 25 years old University of Tokyo student and resident of Shimokitazawa. He is one of the leader of the grassroots group Save　the　Shimokitazawa , which represent the younger and alternative residents of Shimokitazawa. He is also the chief editor of a local newspaper called Misatikoh . He is one of the main organizer of the Urban Typhoon workshop.
